Create your company’s workspace

Every company gets its own workspace at its own address.

A workspace is your company’s private space in Intercom Chat. It lives at its own address, such as yourcompany.intercomchat.com, and its data is kept apart from every other company’s.

1. Go to intercomchat.com and choose Create a workspace.
2. Pick your company name and the address you want. The address cannot be changed later, so choose one you will be happy with.
3. Enter your name, work email and a password. You become the Owner of the workspace.
4. You are taken straight into your new workspace. Invite your team from Admin, then Members.

The Free plan costs nothing. You can move to a paid plan from Admin, then Billing, whenever you want more.
