Sign in, and find your workspace address

How to get back into your workspace if you have forgotten the address or your password.
Each workspace has its own address. If you only remember the company name, you can still get in:
- Go to intercomchat.com and choose Sign in.
- Type your workspace’s address name (the part before .intercomchat.com) and continue.
- Sign in with your email and password, or with the single sign-on button if your company uses it.
Forgotten your password?
On the sign-in page choose “Forgotten your password?”, enter your email, and we will send a link that works once and expires after an hour. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder, and make sure you used the email your company invited.
Signing out
Choose Sign out at the bottom of the left sidebar. You can also see and end every place you are signed in from the Devices page.
